Section 114
Pre-shipment Inspection
(1) If it is required to make pre-shipment inspection of the goods to be procured from a foreign country, the public entity may have such inspection by appointing its agent in that country.
(2) In appointing an agent pursuant to sub-rule (1), appointment shall be made by following the procedures referred to in the Act and this Regulation.
